About Us

Mountain Area Youth Soccer League (MAYSL) is League 9 of CYSA District 7 in central California.

We run soccer for youth ages 3-18 in the central Sierra region of California, just south of Yosemite National Park.

Our players come from Ahwahnee, Bass Lake, Coarsegold, North Fork, Oakhurst, and O’Neals.

Teams are built around schools rather than towns, and that’s where practices are held: Coarsegold, Glacier, Minarets, Mountain Home, North Fork, Oak Creek Intermediate, Oakhurst Elementary, Rivergold, Spring Valley, Wasuma, and Yosemite High. Home-schooled players are welcome too — go by the town you live in.

Each school has its own area rep, and they’re the best first stop for questions about your player’s team, practices, or fields.
