Summer 2026 Referee Training

MAYSL is looking for home game referees! We’re hosting a half-day course this summer in partnership with Mariposa Soccer. All interested youth or adults are very welcome.

Who? New refs, 13 or older

Where? In person at Woodland Park, 3415 Woodland Dr, Mariposa

When? 9am-12pm, Aug 2, 2026

How Much? It costs about $75, and refs can earn back the course fee by covering games throughout the season.

What Else? Bring a whistle, plus red & yellow cards.

Get started with the online training now and complete it before the field day.

Uniform will be a yellow soccer jersey, black shorts, black socks, and black shoes. You’ll need the full uniform when games start. US Soccer will send a discount code for the official kit after you register online, but you can buy anywhere. You will get a velcro patch to attach to your shirt after completing the in-person course.

If you are 18 or older, you must complete a background check.
